EU Register

This register details active cross-border mortgage brokers from other member states of the European Union or from other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. The obligation to register is imposed by Article 32(3) of directive 2014/17/EU. The data is conveyed via a form provided by the European Banking Authority (EBA). The data is provided by the regulatory authority of the origin state to the national liaison, the Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control (BAFA). BAFA then provides the form to the joint liaison, the Association of German Chambers of Industry and Commerce (DIHK).

The register is grouped according to EU/EEA member states. Only those member states for which there is an entry appear in this list.
